REFUND POLICY 

PRINTING REFUND POLICY

You have 8 hours from the time your custom print order is placed to request a full refund. After 8 hours we cannot offer a refund. All sales are final after 8 hours or your print order has been processed.

InaBind Family Printing is not responsible for damages, delays, lost or stolen packages caused by shipping carriers. The cost of postage cannot be refunded. 

If you find a defect in your printing, binding or lamination order that is the responsibility of InaBind Family Printing, we will replace your order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, please notify us via email at inabindfamilyprinting@protonmail.com within 5 days of the receipt of the delivered order and provide verification of the problem. Replacements requested more than 5 days after delivery will not be eligible for replacement. Upon verification of the defect, we will determine the course of action. If in our judgment, it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, we may elect to refund part or all of the original cost of the order.
